We know the birth year of a few characters.

Jon was born in 1987. Looking at the wiki, my best guess is that this comes from the episode where he talks about A Guest For Mr. Spider. He mentions that he was eight when this happened and it must have been right after Leitner's library burned down which we know was in 1994.

Martin was born in 1987 as well. He directly says that he's 29 when he reveals he lied on his resume.

Gertrude was born in 1945, but I can't figure out where this comes from.

At a guess I would put their birthdays in spring; in the birthday tape they reference the need to “lighten the mood” and it having been a “rough start”. That could either mean Jon’s introduction to the Archives and subsequent chaos of organizing (March through May of 2015), or Martin’s encounter with Jane Prentiss and their whole lockdown situation (February through July of 2016). Either way that leaves us in the springtime, likely later in the season than not, since there had to be time for Martin’s birthday to pass before Jon’s
